How much does shipping cost?

Free Local Pickup is available From Glen Alpine 2560 or Tahmoor 2573 (Wednesdays only).

 

How long does standard delivery take?

All delivery timeframes are an estimate only and Summer Rain Collection will not be liable to you for losses suffered or incurred due to delivery delays.

Standard shipping takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location in Australia.

How long will my order take to arrive ?

We aim to ship your order within 3 working days of receiving the order. We recommend allowing 7 -14 working days for final delivery.

We do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible.
 

How do I track my delivery?

All of our orders are sent via Australia post. The tracking details will be provided to you once your order has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. If you haven't received this, please check your junk mail. If you need to get in contact with us about the whereabouts of your order, please email us using the Contact Form

 

Can I change my delivery address after I've ordered?

As soon as your purchase is complete we begin the handling and packing process so we can get your items to you in a timely manner. If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address please send us an email ASAP using our contact form and we will do our best to assist where your order has not already been dispatched.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we do not accept any cancellation of orders.

 

Refunds:

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or accidentally order the wrong fragrance.

 

Damaged or Faulty Products:

Every care is taken when packing your order for delivery. If for some reason your delivery is either not what you ordered, deemed faulty or was damaged in transit, we will offer you a full refund or replacement (at our discretion) provided you send us photos of the damaged goods and the packaging within 48 hours of you receiving them.                                                                

 

PLEASE NOTE: All claims MUST be made within 48 hours of receiving order.

Claims sent to us after this time may not be honoured.
